FOR INVESTORS

Alternative investing without the hassle.

Gratūs Funds gives you an easy way to diversify your portfolio with direct access to real assets without the headache of managing them.
THE CASE FOR ALTERNATIVES

You don't have to be an institution to invest like one.

For decades, the largest and most sophisticated portfolios have kept alternatives and real assets as a key part of their portfolios. That same kind of access is now available to you, too.

WHAT WE OFFER
Professionally managed exposure across real estate, precious metals and select digital assets.
Gratūs handles the finding, building and managing, so you never have to track the markets,  become a landlord or turn into a crypto expert.
Diversified access
A mix of real asset classes with different drivers to diversify your portfolio, all through one relationship.
We are invested with you
We back every fund with our own money, so your outcome is our outcome. And you'll always reach a real person who knows your name.
Open to non-accredited investors
Access like this used to sit behind accreditation walls. Our Reg A+ funds open the door to accredited and non-accredited investors alike.
Direct to real assets in limited supply
We build our own funds and invest directly in the assets, not someone else's fund, so there are fewer layers and fewer fees. And no one can print more of them, which we believe helps them hold and grow in value as inflation rises.
Stewardship is our standard
We believe capital is meant for more than a return. Stewarded well, it provides for your family and fuels the future you're building, and that conviction guides every decision we make.

FAQ

Answers in plain English.

A few essentials worth knowing before you start. Anything we've missed, we can cover on your call.
What is the minimum investment?

Our Reg A+ funds begin with a minimum investment of $10,000.

Do I have to be an accredited investor?

No. Our funds are open to non-accredited investors under Regulation A+. For reference, an accredited investor earns more than $200,000 a year, or $300,000 with a spouse, over the past two years, or holds a net worth above $1 million excluding their home. You don't need to meet that bar to invest with us.

Which funds can I invest in now?

Both our GCPF-III real estate fund and GR-V metals and digital asset fund are open to investors today.

How long is my money invested?

Plan on an average hold of 5-10 years. This is patient capital, meant to grow over years.

What are the fees?

Fees vary by fund and share class, and most of our compensation is performance-based. Our team walks you through the full schedule before you commit a dollar.

Can I lose money?

Every investment carries risk, including possible loss of principal, and alternatives can be less liquid than public stocks. We'll be straight with you about the risks of any fund before you invest, and every offering has documents that lay them out in full.
